30-day return window
Unused, uninstalled pumps in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less freight.
How to start a return
Email returns@astrolabepumps.com with your order number to receive an RMA and prepaid return label. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt.
Installed pumps
Pumps that have been installed are not returnable but may be covered under the limited warranty. See our Warranty page for details.
Damaged in transit
Inspect every shipment at delivery. Note any visible damage on the carrier paperwork and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a freight claim and ship a replacement immediately.
