Coverage
ASTROLABE pumps carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (3 years on booster and deep well lines), beginning on the date of original purchase. Coverage includes the motor, hydraulics, and electrical components when installed per the product manual.
What is not covered
Damage caused by improper installation, dry-running without protection, freezing, water with chemical content outside spec, unauthorized service, or use beyond rated duty cycle is not covered. Wear parts (seals, impellers in abrasive water) are excluded after 12 months.
How to file a claim
Email warranty@astrolabepumps.com with your order number, model number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Most claims are resolved within 5 business days. Replacement pumps ship from the nearest regional warehouse.
